Nova Detailing – Terms of Service Agreement

1. Agreement to Terms

By scheduling a service with Nova Detailing, the client ("you") agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.

2. Description of Services

Nova Detailing provides comprehensive mobile automotive cleaning and detailing services at the client's specified location within the Fairfield, TX area and surrounding regions. A complete menu of services and corresponding pricing is available upon request or on our official website.

3. Appointments, Cancellations & Rescheduling

A deposit is required upfront to secure an appointment. An appointment is not confirmed until the required deposit has been received.

Customers may cancel or no-show without an additional cancellation or no-show fee. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 3 days before the scheduled appointment and may be made up to 7 days in advance. Requests made less than 3 days before the appointment will not be accepted, and the appointment will be removed from the schedule. A new appointment must then be booked.

4. Deposit & Payment Policy

A deposit is required upfront to secure the appointment. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service.

5. Client Responsibilities & Personal Belongings

The client is responsible for providing a legal, safe, and accessible parking area for the duration of the service. Customers should remove valuables and important personal belongings before service begins. Nova Detailing is not responsible for misplaced or damaged belongings left inside the vehicle except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

6. Vehicle Condition, Results & Pre-Existing Damage

Nova Detailing will take reasonable care while servicing every vehicle. Some stains, odors, scratches, oxidation, or other defects may be permanent and cannot be guaranteed to be completely removed. Nova Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage, defects, or deterioration unrelated to the detailing service.

7. Service Interruptions

Services are subject to interruption or rescheduling due to unsafe weather conditions (e.g., heavy precipitation, extreme temperatures) at no cost to the client. Nova Detailing retains the right to pause or terminate service if conditions pose a risk to personnel or property.

8. Photos & Media

Nova Detailing may take before-and-after photographs to document vehicle condition and completed work. Identifiable vehicle photos will be used for public marketing, portfolio, website, advertising, or social-media purposes only with customer permission. Personally identifying information, including license plates, will not intentionally be displayed in public marketing content.

9. Service Authorization

By booking an appointment, the customer confirms that they own the vehicle or have authorization from the vehicle owner to approve detailing services.

10. Modifications to Terms

Nova Detailing may update these Terms of Service periodically. The most current version will always be published on our website, ajdetailing.store.

11. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
