By scheduling a service with AJ Detailing, the client ("you") agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
AJ Detailing provides comprehensive mobile automotive cleaning and detailing services at the client's specified location within the Fairfield, TX area and surrounding regions. A complete menu of services and corresponding pricing is available upon request or on our official website.
Services are scheduled by phone or via our online platforms. We require a minimum of 24 hours advance notice for any cancellation or request to reschedule. Cancellations made on the day of service or client no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the quoted service price.
Payment in full is required upon completion of service.
Accepted Methods of Payment: Cash, Venmo, and Cash App.
AJ Detailing reserves the right to request a deposit for first-time clients or for premium detailing packages, at its sole discretion.
The client is responsible for providing a legal, safe, and accessible parking area for the duration of the service. All personal items, valuables, and belongings must be removed from the vehicle prior to the service start time. Any items left within the vehicle will be secured in a provided container and returned after service completion.
AJ Detailing exercises the utmost care during all services. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damages, mechanical issues, or the deterioration of interior materials unrelated to our cleaning process. Any incident of damage caused by our personnel will be documented and resolved on a case-specific basis.
Services are subject to interruption or rescheduling due to unsafe weather conditions (e.g., heavy precipitation, extreme temperatures) at no cost to the client. AJ Detailing retains the right to pause or terminate service if conditions pose a risk to personnel or property.
If you are not satisfied with your service, you must notify AJ Detailing within 24 hours of service completion to be eligible for a remedial cleaning. Refunds are provided only at the company's discretion and are limited to circumstances where the service was not rendered as described in the service agreement.
AJ Detailing may update these Terms of Service periodically. The most current version will always be published on our website, ajdetailing.store.
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
