The website keeps the visible conversation in page memory rather than saving it to a customer database. xAI processes this data under its own privacy terms. Supabase issues the temporary xAI session credential and stores hashed client identifiers and quota counts temporarily to limit use. Closing the receptionist stops microphone capture. Avoid sharing payment information or sensitive personal information in chat. The receptionist provides information; appointments require personal confirmation through the booking request process.
